Warmest Reminder

We do understand that some of the cash deposit machines are not accepted small banknotes. Sometimes, customer may need to bank in a fix amount or extra banknotes into our bank account.

We received plenty of customer requests to refund the balance into the parcel and send it out together. But somehow, it is hard for us to look for small notes.

From now on, Beli4u will keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases. We do not practice balance refund via bank transfer if the amount is lesser than RM20 or directly refund into the parcel itself.
